Curelium Low GI Flakes with Milk

A light, balanced meal for steady energy and blood sugar control.

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 3 tbsp low GI flakes
  • ¾ cup low-fat or almond milk
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • ¼ apple or 3–4 berries (low GI fruit)

For non-diabetics: add ½ tsp honey.

Method:
Cook flakes with milk for 2 minutes, add fruit, stir gently, and serve.

Benefit: Low GI, fiber-rich, and naturally energizing.

Curelium Salty Dalia (250 g)

Ingredients:

250 g curelium pre-boiled five coarse grain dalia, 3 tomatoes (chopped), 1 small carrot (sliced), 2–3 cabbage leaves (shredded), 2–3 green onions (chopped), ¼ capsicum (sliced), ¼ small onion (sliced), 1 tsp garlic (minced), ½ tsp chili flakes, ½ tsp turmeric (haldi), ½ tsp cumin seeds (zeera), salt to taste. Garnish: fried brown onions & fresh coriander.

Method:

  • Heat oil/ghee, add cumin seeds, garlic & onion; sauté.
  • Add tomatoes, cook 5–6 min until soft.
  • Add carrot, cabbage, capsicum, green onions; stir 2–3 min.
  • Add spices & salt; mix.
  • Fold in pre-boiled dalia, cook 5–7 min.
  • Garnish with fried onions & coriander. Serve hot.

Curelium Low GI Pasta

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 100 g Curelium Low GI Flour
  • 1 egg (optional, for binding)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water (as needed)

Method:

1. Mix flour, salt, egg, and oil. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Rest for 15 minutes.
2. Roll dough into thin sheets and cut into your preferred pasta shape.
3. Boil pasta in salted water for 4–6 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss lightly with olive oil.

Serve:
